Pathetic experience. Simply a waste of time to visit this place. The food was poor, so was the service. The portion size is ridiculously small. The staff isn't trained well either. I will never visit this place unless there are drastic changes made. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

food quality was very bad. we ordered lasagna and the portions served were only good for a person, not sufficient for 2. veggies used for preparation of lasagna were stale and tasted foul. this has been the worst experience of all Bougainvillea s. very disappointed!
