Pan Fried Japanese mushroom and chicken dumplings- I mean, they're dumplings, the soul warming make you happy food you can have anytime. Need I say more.
Stir Fried Water Chestnuts Hunan Style- although typically not having their own taste, chestnuts are all about the texture, and these crunchy nugs paired with Hunan sauce are a flavour bomb in your mouth.
Pan fried barbeque chicken- cooked and prepared well with a hint of a barbecue flavour, go in for this if you're into fish.
Chengdu Chicken- we went in for this for the name!!! ???????? Who doesn't want a Chengdu chicken!! Was spicy and pairs well with noodles.
For dessert go in for the classic mango pudding but what we really liked was the Jaggery Almond Ice cream,this was a different flavor all together and a completely different caramelly sugar experience cause the jaggery.
