The food was good, but I want to highlight an issue with the Mainland chain. I had a Rs1000 coupon, and I informed the staff about redeeming it at the beginning. After that, the waiter’s behavior completely changed. he stopped serving properly and was giving extra attention to the nearby table, addressing them as “sir” and “madam” every few minutes. I even complained to the manager about this. Please ensure that such staff are properly warned and trained to treat all customers equally. Great ambiance and staff, the serving staff was really cordial and taught me how to use chopsticks as well. The food itself was really tasty, we had the Shushi boat (prawns tempura was the best), blue dumplings, drums of heaven, garlic noodles and fried rice The food was tasty, drums of heaven were the best. Although the portions are small, so that needs to be kept in mind. Overall a solid 4/5, would visit again. We recently dined at Mainland China, Vashi, and had such a delightful experience! From the moment we stepped in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance gave a very elegant yet cozy feel. We tried a variety of dishes — starting with dimsums, a sushi roll, and a soup, followed by 4 starters, 4 main course dishes, rice & noodles, 2 desserts, and ice cream. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted authentic. The flavors were well balanced, nothing too overpowering, and the portions were generous. Special mention to the dimsum and sushi, which were fresh and flavorful, and the desserts that ended the meal on a perfect note. The service was prompt, attentive, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, a wonderful dining experience — definitely one of the best places for Asian cuisine in Navi Mumbai. Highly recommended!
