I had a very disappointing experience at Main Lassi Shop located near the Police Station on Cock Burn Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru. Last night, I ordered a Dry Fruit Sundae and was shocked to find half a cockroach in it. This clearly shows a lack of cleanliness and care in how they prepare their items. When I informed one of the employees, he casually said, “You can go to the cashier.” When I went to the cashier, he simply asked, “Shall I do another one?” — as if it was a small issue. I was really upset with their careless attitude and lack of seriousness. I expected better service and hygiene from such a well-known place. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.
