We had been there to Ballal residency restaurant M G road for breakfast around 10am today . Names were noted as there was crowd due to weekend and though I had given my name on reaching and waited for my name to be called but was not included in the list ( which was found later). I had an old person in my family with me too waiting. People with family who had come later than me were allowed inside and noticing this I asked the manager there at the entrance if he gave my name to the person who was noting it inside (as he stopped me while entering and took my name and asked for how many people and then asked me to wait outside in the lawn for my turn).He said yes ( though he didn’t check and was confident that the name was noted )and again we were waiting but no response or further call. When we went and asked the person who was noting and was calling the names he is just then adding our name though 20 mins back we enquired as we were not called and people coming later were called. Such an irresponsible manager who was standing outside ( as he was on his phone throughout)and irresponsible attender who was noting the name. Atleast the person noting the name should have enquired with us as we were standing in front of him for a long time. Had mainly come to enjoy an occasion there but then this irresponsible act disturbed us a lot. So I highly recommend people to be alert so that if you are with kids or old people please double check if things are going proper. Though in my case even after checking this has happened as I relied on the manager’s reply.Or else you will be waiting and waiting only Service: 1
