The location, atmosphere, and food are pretty standard for McDonald's, but the service was a real letdown. There was this employee, Samrin or Simran (I can't quite remember), who struggled to understand the menu and ended up placing the wrong order for me. It took forever to get my order sorted out. Even though my order number was up for takeaway, I waited patiently and asked about it, but the women at the counter seemed completely lost. My order was right in front of them, yet one of them, named Priti, was so confused that she couldn't figure out where to deliver it and said she couldn't read the number. After a lot of waiting and confusion, I finally received my order. On a side note, it would be great if your staff could keep their nails clean. I noticed that Samrin, who was making a McFlurry, had dirt under her fingernails. Plus, I saw another employee scratch her hair and then handle an unpackaged burger, which is pretty unhygienic.
