Located on Post Office Road, Thrissur, Mahaveer Restaurant Bhojanalaya is a small eatery with a typical tea shop style atmosphere. The place has an old, modest look and is not very tidy. I initially ordered masala tea from the menu, but the waiter brought a pre-prepared regular tea, mentioning later that masala tea was not available. The tea was average in taste. When I ordered poori bhaji (₹40 for 2 pieces), it was served fresh and hot, but the taste was just okay — nothing extraordinary or particularly authentic North Indian style. At the time of payment, they charged for masala tea (₹15) despite serving regular tea. After pointing it out, the price was corrected to ₹10. Parking: No dedicated parking space — you'll need to park somewhere nearby and walk. Overall, an average experience — good for a quick bite, but don't expect anything fancy.
