I had a disappointing experience at [Hotel Aradhana Pure Vegetarian], located near Thrissur KSRTC Bus Stand. The Ghee Roast had a sour taste, while the Sambar and regular Chutney (Chammathi) were spoiled. The Pudina and Tomato Chutneys were also unimpressive. Considering the hotel's proximity to the bus stand and its clientele of travelers, I expect quality food regardless of the time (9:30 PM in my case). Unfortunately, the standards seem to have slipped. Should Improve quality control and maintain consistency, especially given the hotel's location and customer base.
