Hotel property is very good .Rooms are very precious and very clean, staffs is very humble and helpful. I was enjoyed with my Husband and my child. First interaction is reception and then second staff was very politely they help all the things those we need room was very clean and then last. Food was very delicious.

I recently visited the restaurant at Maharaja The Royal Resort, Badlapur, and while the place looks decent, the experience was uncomfortable due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager. We didn’t complain about the delay in service, yet throughout our visit, the manager kept constantly watching us in a very unpleasant and uncomfortable way. It felt as if we were being judged or monitored for no reason, which completely ruined the dining experience. Hospitality isn’t just about food and ambience — it’s about how guests are made to feel. At a place that calls itself a “royal resort,” this kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. Hope they seriously work on staff training and learn how to treat guests with basic respect
