Visited Ribbons and Balloons Nisarg branch and made a payment that got reverted back to us, which we did not notice at the time. While that was partly our mistake, the overall experience was disappointing because of the staff's attitude. They always seem to have a rude or indifferent expression and show no politeness or warmth in their behaviour. This is in stark contrast to the Station branch, where the staff is always friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. The poor customer service at the Nisarg branch leaves a negative impression and definitely needs improvement. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
