Visited Maharaja Bhel at Premlok Park, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and it turned out to be one of the most satisfying street food experiences I’ve had in a while. I tried their special bhel, which immediately reminded me of the authentic Sangli–Kolhapuri style. It had that perfect balance of spice, sweetness, and tanginess, all wrapped together with a fresh, crunchy texture that makes you want to keep eating. It’s honestly difficult to find such bhel anywhere in Pune. Along with that, I tried their panipuri — the puris were crisp, and the imli (tamarind) water had the right mix of tangy and sweet flavors, refreshing and full of taste. The dahi puri was another hit, beautifully balanced with creamy curd, sev, and chutneys that blended perfectly. Each bite felt rich in flavor and freshness. The stall itself was clean and well maintained, with quick service and a cheerful atmosphere around. It’s a simple setup but clearly run with care and consistency. Prices are reasonable for the quality and flavor they serve. Overall, Maharaja Bhel is a must-visit for chaat lovers who enjoy authentic Maharashtrian-style flavors.
