I visited this place on 22/07/2025 with my family on the occasion of my birthday. We thought it would happy & delightful experience however it turned out to be worst. After placing an order, we have received it after 40 minutes with lot of follow-up. Even the order was incomplete & KFC employee asked us to wait for the remaining items (which was chicken popcorn). We finished our food still there were no signs of the last item. So again after 15 minutes of argument I got my popcorn. & It's not only with me but with all customers. Employees were delivering wrong orders, delaying it & even there was no body to attend the customer complaints. Overall it was worst KFC experience in my whole life. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very worst experience ever in kfc...not good service...order was 10 minutes late still they denied the 7 minutes offer... serving the the Pepsi in damaged glass... Chicken was rubbery...very very less chicken in roll... don't ever visit this place... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
