Very disappointing experience. The KFC staff was extremely rude and unpolite. We were having trouble using the self-ordering kiosk and asked for help, but the staff did not assist us at all and instead behaved very rudely. Customer service was really poor, which completely spoiled our experience. Expect better behaviour and basic courtesy from the staff. Today I had a very bad experience at KFC Elpro mall. We oder food at the restaurant in the mall and waited for some time to reflect my order status on the screen but there were no updates. We followed up and kept following for almost 40 minutes. Orders placed after my order were getting delivered but we were still following up for my order and were looking at screen for the updates. It was very frustrating situation and finally we asked the couner lady to cancel the order if you are not able to deliver it. After a long and continuous follow ups, we got the order but that too was having 2-3 items missing. Again we were asked to wait. Now we were left with no option and we decided to leave from there. They did not deliver the order neither they cancelled the order. Money does not come for free. If you are not able to handle/manage things properly for any reasons, you can put the board or stop accepting the orders. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
