Very nice experience at McD as always. Always recommend to use mobile application for great discount on all orders. We have had McDonald's from other outlets previously, but the burgers were either soggy or tasted stale. Here for some reason it seemed more fresh and was piping hot. We enjoyed it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a bad experience at McDonald's Elpro Mall. I was ordering, and the person, whose name is Sachin Guge, was busy talking with his colleague. And when I was telling him my order, he didn't add a burger, and when I received my order, I asked the lady, "Where is the burger?" She said there was no burger added. I went to that person, and he is completely blaming me. I would have checked my order and all, then what is the job there? and very rudely talking with my mom and laughing continuously. Is this how you treat your customers? If yes, then nobody will come there to eat.
