Hi, I placed an order for a loaded french fries for 200/- but unfortunately it was a bad idea as it smelled like vomit ,they were unable to process a refund or replacement for the spoiled food that was delivered to me by zomato. I have raised my concern with zomato and they simply taken a feedback regarding the bad experience I had. never gonna order or recommend anything from this shop again. I am also posting everything with you guys for transparency. When I was checking the other reviews they were also having the same experience, I feel like I am not alone in this. Had a lovely dine-in experience at Magic Moments with my brothers — and it truly lived up to the name! We tried a mix of items: Avil Milk (big & small), Fruit Sarbath, Chicken Loaded Fries, and Fresh Lime. Every item was yummy, well-prepared, and definitely value for money. Special mention to the Chicken Loaded Fries — cheesy, flavorful, and filling. Though the cheesy flavor might not be everyone’s cup of tea, we personally loved it! The ambience is great with neat indoor and outdoor seating, and everything was clean and well-kept. Overall: A satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend! Thank You.
