Our experience at Casa Blanca was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered the loaded fries, expecting a flavorful dish, but it was a complete disaster—bland, soggy, and lacking any real taste. The service was equally bad, with long waits and staff that seemed indifferent. The ambiance didn’t make up for it either, as the place felt poorly maintained and unwelcoming. Today along with my friends dined at the Casa Blanca Cherthala restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful lighting and tasteful decor that created a relaxed ambiance. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, providing us with great recommendations & the staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire meal. Now, onto the food. Wow! The menu was full of exciting and unique dishes from Burgers to fries to mojito everything we tried was outstanding. Overall, I would highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, everything was top-notch and truly unforgettable.
