Very worst experience. It took 25 minutes just to get a glass of water. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Only the cleaning lady was polite. At 9:30 AM, they had only dosa available, and even milk tea was not available. Such poor service completely ruined the mood of our entire family. The Nilgiri corporate management or the tourism department should take this seriously and take necessary action. This is a humble request. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. What a perfect place to have your meal in much reasonable price.
Test awesome
Plenty of food varieties
Cleaning looks like thr 1st priority
Hospitality is just outstanding, subham takes care of guest very well.
We stayed in Ooty for 3 days and we eat only from this place.
