Respected Shri Gurjar sahib, Jt. GM IRCTC Jaipur Regional office Sir, Please do not include RR Inn in your iteanery again. This is horrible nightmare in your south india tour. The hotel has lot of problems right from check in to rooms, meals and dinning hall service. The hotel is managed by un proffecional staff who do not know what to do. We had good experience in madurai and rameshwaram, but in kanyakumari the hospitality provided by you is horrible sir. Please do not include such hotels because one bed hotel can spoil our totel tour. worm regards any way. Food and drinks: Managed by Un proffecional staff, food served in disposable plates and glasses. The are not trained to do dinning hall service. Quality of food products is poor. Noteworthy details: Front office staff know tamil only whereas all our guests do not understand tamil so huge communication gape. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 2
