We went to Tirunelveli Buhari Hotel yesterday, but the experience was quite disappointing. While the food was good, the service was just average, like any other restaurant. The bill was ₹550, but what shocked us was the waiter’s behavior. He barely spoke English yet had the audacity to demand ₹50 as a tip. He insisted we pay, making the situation uncomfortable. To make things worse, the bill took 10 minutes to arrive even after we asked for it. Forcing customers to pay extra like this is completely unacceptable and leaves a bad impression.
