In front of the Hotel, the gutter is there. While entering such a bad smell is coming. Atleast make some arrangements to cover the top surface.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile. Due to severe floods in Maharashtra, my train was delayed by more than seven hours. Despite this unexpected situation, the staff kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out without raising a single concern. Their understanding, empathy, and customer-first approach truly made a stressful journey much easier. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Room service was prompt, and every request was attended to quickly. The staff was consistently polite, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. This level of service has truly won my loyalty. I will definitely choose to stay here every time I visit the beautiful city of Tirupati. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a comfortable stay.
