I booked a room at Regalia Hotel, and the booking confirmation showed that breakfast was included. However, the hotel denied this upon arrival. Additionally, the room size was very small, especially considering the charge of approximately Rs. 3300. Based on the room size, the ideal cost should not exceed Rs. 1800. Moreover, the bathroom had water logging issues while taking a bath. Service: 1
