Come for a meal right after seeing Quicama National Park. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service is a great plus of this restaurant. When you enter this place, you notice the spectacular atmosphere. 4.8 is what Madhuram Veg got from the Google rating system.

We visited Hotel Madhuram in Shirdi after seeing its 5-star rating, which now seems completely misleading. Our experience was disappointing, to say the least. We ordered Set Dosa, but what we received was nowhere close to it—a half-cooked small masala dosa served alongside something resembling an uttapam. When we pointed out that this was not Set Dosa, the staff argued that for them, this is how it is prepared, disregarding how it is made everywhere else. Next, we ordered Sheera, and to our surprise, it came with a topping of nylon sev—something completely unexpected and out of place. When we raised our concern, the manager insisted that this is how they prepare it, showing no willingness to acknowledge customer feedback. Overall, the food quality, service, and attitude of the staff were disappointing. We strongly advise visitors to avoid this hotel when in Shirdi. The high ratings seem unreliable, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst experience!! The fruit juices here is big scam!! They argued with us it's fresh fruit juice But it's just mere cold water diluted to 100th times!! And they charged us 150rs for each juice and look at the quantity and quality!! Please don't visit!! Better to drink from street shops!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ok since I got an answer from the owner of this place ( which I am grateful for ) I thought I should add on. First of all I don’t mind paying extra for the butter but the point is I had to beg the waiter to get it to me for 15 minutes . He refused to pay heed even though his junior waiter went and informed him . I could pay for the extra attitude alas that’s not what I had asked for! Second, since you have spent so much time on reviewing on what I wrote I wish you had spent time to ponder and understand where I had offered a resounding yes . This only shows that you probably coax people on giving you the high ranking . And lastly, if you were genuinely concerned you would have given a better response at the restaurant itself or at least acknowledged better here. But surely that is not the case because like you gave me the I don’t care attitude in physical world you are doing the same here ! Anyway, I hope you get your act together and at least learn courtesy even if you take time on scaling up the food ! Who on earth is rating this place high . It seems rigged . Very bad food , worst packaging and overpriced . Didn’t even speak courteously either ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Cleanliness is also a big thumbs down .
