The best dish is tasty chicken. You will enjoy delicious Kir at this restaurant. A lot of visitors order great coffee, lemonade or smoothies.

Visited McDonald’s Shirdi yesterday during our trip. The food was exactly what you expect from the brand — consistent, standardised, and reliable. That’s one thing McDonald’s rarely gets wrong. Having been associated with the brand in the past, I’m aware of the rigorous training and emphasis placed not just on food quality but also on hygiene and overall cleanliness. Which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. While the food met expectations, the restroom was in an unacceptable condition. It genuinely seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in days — strong stench of urine, poor upkeep, and to make matters worse, the AC was switched off, which intensified the smell inside the outlet. It was almost dizzying at one point. We had to formally complain before the shift in charge arranged for the restroom to be cleaned and the AC to be turned on. It shouldn’t have required customer intervention. Consistency in food is only half the experience. Cleanliness and comfort are equally important — especially in a high-footfall pilgrimage town like Shirdi. This was a definite letdown. Absolutely the worst McDonald's hygiene experience in India This is, without question, the worst-maintained McDonald's outlet I have ever visited in India. The moment you walk in, the smell from the washroom hits you — strong enough that it reaches the seating area near the tables. It is unbearable. We actually left without ordering anything because the washroom condition was so horrific: Strong stench of urine Dangling, broken taps No soap available Clearly neglected hygiene and zero maintenance To be fair, the staff was courteous and polite, and the food appears to be standard McDonald's quality. However, that does nothing to excuse the shocking lack of cleanliness. When basic hygiene is ignored so completely in the washroom and dining area, it naturally makes you question the hygiene of the food preparation as well. The overall environment feels dirty, careless, and completely unmanaged. This place seriously damages the reputation of the McDonald's brand. It should not be operating in this condition — it’s an embarrassment and a health concern. Management needs to be held accountable. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location.
