Absolutely the worst McDonald's hygiene experience in India This is, without question, the worst-maintained McDonald's outlet I have ever visited in India. The moment you walk in, the smell from the washroom hits you — strong enough that it reaches the seating area near the tables. It is unbearable. We actually left without ordering anything because the washroom condition was so horrific: Strong stench of urine. Dangling, broken taps. No soap available Clearly neglected hygiene and zero maintenance To be fair, the staff was courteous and polite, and the food appears to be standard McDonald's quality. However, that does nothing to excuse the shocking lack of cleanliness. When basic hygiene is ignored so completely in the washroom and dining area, it naturally makes you question the hygiene of the food preparation as well. The overall environment feels dirty, careless, and completely unmanaged. This place seriously damages the reputation of the McDonald's brand. It should not be operating in this condition — it’s an embarrassment and a health concern. Management needs to be held accountable. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommended dishes: mc Chicken Burger Meal, French Fries Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: 5 or 6 spots
