I always receive wrong donuts in a pack of donuts this is now second time I've received wrong donuts i orderd one unicorn donut in pack of 3 and this time also I didn't receive that

I have ordered original donuts multiple times from Mad Over Donuts before, and they always come with a glazed sugar topping however this time the donuts came plain!! Plain donuts!! SIX PLAIN DONUTS WITH NO SUGAR GLAZING! WHAT IS THIS!?
