I don't often leave bad experiences as reviews. But I think I should leave a review of my experience make me mad in 'Mad over dounuts' today. I ordered 20 'boxes in 3' around 7:30 pm for tomorrow morning event. But they delivered only 20 donuts to me. Donuts that were not delivered were refunded through swiggy, and again, I paid for delivery and swiggy platform usage fees and reordered 14 'boxes in 3'. But they delivered only 12 'box in 3' again. now it's 11:50pm. I need donuts for 60 people for tomorrow morning event, what should I do? I spent more than four hours working on this issue, but I eventually failed to order 60 doughnuts and I had a setback in preparing for tomorrow's event. Is Ordering 60 doughnuts difficult work this much? I never expect i got wrong delivery in a same day at the same shop.
