The staff confirms the Swiggy orders before even checking if the product is available. They do this just so customers will place the order. Once the delivery agent arrives at the outlet, they call us to tell us that the products are not available and then theh miscommunicate with the Swiggy executive and send us entirely wrong products which was not what we discussed that we want. The wrong product that they sent is not even of good quality. The bread is extremely oily and is extremely thin.
