Worst experience ever. Found hair in the food and the taste was terrible. On top of that, the owner was extremely arrogant and rude. Refused payment through a valid District booking, yelled at us, accused us, and even threatened to call the cops.

I placed a order from Mad House Grill from Swiggy, I did not receive the Apple Crumble pie but I received a Stale caramel pudding. This happened to me 2 times so I feel this carelessness, that the restaurant does not care for their regular costumer . I have complained on Swiggy also but I haven't received my refund as they saying it's a Restaurant issue. They has been no refund or revert from Restaurant side. I recommend please don't fall for the attractive picture's on Swiggy, they can disappoint you. I am sharing the pictures of the stale caremal pudding I received. Food: 4 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
