If you are searching for Kerala food (which is not available in Lulu’s food court) walk opposite the mall for MRA. The shawarma was crispy and juicy, I enjoyed it. The beef roast was juicy and spicy, and the nun paratha elevated it. But the chicken fry was a let down, it was dry and bland. Overall, some hits and misses. Good for one time visit if you’re a tourist and run out of alternatives. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I must say, MRA has given me the most pleasurable experience in many years now that I have had with food. Delicious would be an understatement to describe the food they served. It was like pure bliss in every sip and every bite, that every moment spent waiting for the food was worth it. I ordered cream of chicken soup and chicken stew with pathiri and it was literally a treat to my taste buds. My first experience at MRA was around 12 years back in Mahe and the experience in Edappally was totally in line with the expectations for the authentic North Kerala taste. Highly recommended restaurant for non veg delicacies and a word to all those who have a problem with the waiting time- " good things take time". Thank you MRA. Keep up the good work. My wife's love for authentic Appam led us to MRA, recommended by her boss. We tried Appam with Chicken Stew, and it was love at first bite! The Appam was delicious, and the Chicken Stew complemented it perfectly. It's definitely one of the best Appam and Chicken Stew combinations in Kochi. As a fan of Neypathal with grilled chicken from Malabar, I was impressed by the attempt, although it didn't exactly replicate the Thaliparambu taste I'm familiar with from my Kasargod trips. Nonetheless, the flavors were justified. The only letdown was the wait time - exactly 28 minutes for our order to arrive. While we passed the time with their tea and lime tea, the delay did test our patience. Unfortunately, the service could be improved to match the quality of the food. Despite this, MRA offers one of the most delicious menus in Kochi, and I'd highly recommend it to those who can overlook the wait.
