I had a very bad experience with them. Everything is overpriced there. One day before, I bought a snack called an Arikaduka. They charged me 25₹ per piece. When I asked them about the price, they told me that from tomorrow it would be 35₹. I felt like teasing myself in front of my family and other guests. So bad hospitality they give to their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The bakery itself was lovely, and the staff were really friendly, but it was uncomfortably hot inside. It made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. It is shocking that such a international brand like mra cannot afford airconditioner I am sadenly taking away two stars Reason: 1:As above mentioned humidity inside bakery 2:It is taking too long to get the bill from the cafe which is very frustrating. I am sure you will lose many customers because of the same issues
