Food was good.. But service is bit slow.. We had to wait around 15 min to get our first item.. Even though it was not that crowded. Spacious restaurant. They don't accept cards - bit shocker for a restaurant this size. We had a terrible experience ordering from Rasavathi Authentic Veg Cuisine in Kannur. We placed an order at 1:00 PM for pick up expecting timely delivery, especially since 10 people were relying on that meal. Shockingly, the food only arrived at 2:45 PM, after repeated follow-ups from our side. The delay itself was frustrating enough, but things got worse when we opened the food at home. We had ordered vegetarian thalis, and they were missing even the most basic components – no sambar, no pickle, no curd – which are essential parts of any South Indian veg thali. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to serve "authentic cuisine." We were left hungry, disappointed, and thoroughly let down. Definitely not ordering from here again. This place clearly has no sense of professionalism or respect for customers. If you can’t handle orders, don’t take them. The best vegetarian restaurant in Kannur for dining. It offers yummy food, a pleasant ambiance, excellent service, and a wide variety of North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese dishes. It's the perfect place to visit with family and friends. Their thali lunch is especially good.
