MRA Bakery and Coolbar serves some really delicious items. The tea was extremely good, and their wide range of snacks is definitely a highlight — everything I tried was tasty and satisfying. However, the experience gets affected by the way the place is managed. It’s always crowded, yet there’s no proper system in place. The staff seemed rushed and a bit too dominating, making customers feel hurried rather than welcomed. It felt like you had to fight your way to place an order, which really takes away from the enjoyment. So, while the food and tea are top-notch, the service and crowd management could really use improvement. Worth a visit for the taste — just be ready for a bit of a struggle. Order veg sezwan noodel and they serve chicken and force and arguing to pay they can not replace order pathetic service and staff
