My cousin who is not familiar with this kind of quick service restaurants Inquired about the availability of tea on the menu. Because of that he was met with unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Instead of a polite response, the staff members present at the counter chose to laugh and make disrespectful remarks in response to a simple question.
As customers, we expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism during our interactions with staff members. Regrettably, this was not the case during our visit. The incident not only marred our dining experience but also left us feeling embarrassed and disheartened.
KFC has always been synonymous with quality food and good customer service. However, the behavior we encountered contradicted these expectations. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as feedback for the management to address this issue.
I urge the management to take steps to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future. Proper training in customer service etiquette is crucial to maintaining the brand's reputation and retaining loyal customers.
