Poor Service and Quantity Issue Dear Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided for the lunch event for 25 members. Despite prior orders, the quantity served was grossly inadequate, resulting in only 11 members receiving lunch. The catering team served the food themselves and acknowledged the shortage in front of us. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was met with uncooperative behavior. I will be raising this issue with your office and expect a thorough investigation and response. Food: 3 Service: 1
