while chewing dal makhni, i chewed a stone. the paratha was also having more Maida than wheat atta and disappearingly thin lauer of aloo . overall, the quality of aloo paratha was very bad both in taste and material. dal makhni tasted decent, but quality of material was bad

When Bikash Babu started in Kozhikode, I used to frequent it and suggest it to my friends. Not anymore. We get 5 panipuris for 25-30 rs in Delhi, this is blatant loot, pricing it at three digit. Thanks to Bikash babu, now I make samosas and panipuris at home only. And at home we had about 15 panipooris each person, healthier, yummier and tastier. And if Bikash Babu continues like this, soon I will be making all bengali sweets at home itself. For kaju katli, search amazon. Haldirams is cheaper and quality-wise way ahead.
