I recently made a purchase of a plate shawarma through Swiggy. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. The shawarma I received was noticeably lacking in freshness, and the filling inside had a distinct absence of salt. Moreover, there was an unpleasant, dull odour emanating from the dish, further adding to my disappointment. Regrettably, this experience proved to be a waste of my hard-earned money. I believe it is essential to express my dissatisfaction and provide feedback in order to ensure that such lapses are rectified in the future.
