When they float membership they promise everything and when we ask them for rooms, they tell you except Saturday and Sunday and when we request room on a working day they will tell you hotel is full but when you call directly they are ready to give you the room.

Guys horrible experience seriously from enrollment process to stay process it is horrible 1 week after doing the payment of my membership i haven't received any acknowledgement from them After sending thm mails thrice Talking to executive is of no worth My stay experience was also horrible wth ac not working properly making us be awake full night Before going fr the membership for this property or brand think twice Everything will be yes yes first thn nothing will be proper Still waiting fry payment confirmation
