Visited Mao Family Restaurant for lunch and tried the Hungama Kepsa (half) — good portion size and flavorful, definitely worth it. The Chicken Tandoori was outstanding; juicy, well-marinated, and something I would surely recommend to any non-vegetarian.However, the vegetarian menu was a huge disappointment. The Paneer Kepsa tasted more like a Chinese-style gravy than authentic Kepsa, and the Paneer Crispy was neither crispy nor made from real paneer — it was clearly synthetic. At ₹265, the quantity and quality of paneer were unacceptable.In short, this place is a delight for non-vegetarians but a nightmare for vegetarians. Rated low because of unprofessional service by their staff members. I had visited the restaurant few minutes ago with my mother to eat some snack and requested seat in AC section, to which we heard few serving staff commenting "Shawrma khane AC me kaun bethta hai!! " and laughing among themselves. I felt this approach of them was totally disrespectful towards the customer and we left the restaurant post sharing our feedback with branch manager.
