Order bulk quantity including 14 veg thalis and other food well in advance at their cloud kitchen. Delivery delayed. Can understand orders received. They packed food and I asked twice whether all orders are there? He told everything is there. But when food being distributed to our colleague, found 4 thalis short. Immediately we called him rushed, and he apologized for forgetting to supply 4 thalis. He gave it, but found inside no parathas served therein. Again we called, again he apologized... In that process, we tired and not enjoyed food at all.. even quantity of daal khichdi, combo pack are too small and charging price heavily... Not even to give that 1 star... Waste of time, money, energy...
