The chef at this bar cooks good bao, avocado sushi and biryani. Nicely cooked chocolate mousse is often ordered by visitors here. Luft Bar and Kitchen has good beer among its drinks.

Absolutely horrible experience. The music was terrible—whoever curated that playlist clearly has no taste. As if that wasn’t enough, the staff were shockingly rude. But the worst part? The MD. Unbelievably disrespectful and arrogant, completely lacking basic manners or professionalism. It’s astounding how someone so clueless about customer service is in charge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Total disgrace.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and there was absolutely no respect shown towards customers. Despite showcasing various offers on platforms like Zomato, none of those were honored when we visited. We had a table reservation, but it wasn’t acknowledged properly, and the seating was unorganized. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack basic customer service ethics. They even removed food from our table without asking, which is unacceptable. This place seriously needs to work on its attitude and service standards. I would not recommend Luft to to visit anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience at Luft. Firstly, prices here are high as compared to other bars. Plus the valet parked my car on the road even though they have dedicated parking. That resulted in the police giving me 1000rs fine for wrong parking. Secondly, I see a lot of reviews about bad and rude management and I 100% agree with them. While the waiters are quite okay, the managers are a whole different story. When we asked for another table, we were outright refused with just a “No” and nothing else when there were four empty tables right in front of us. Later when a couple raised the same request, they were given the same table we asked for. Plus there was this one person who was the most rude and disrespectful. I think he might be the owner or senior manager or something. When we told him we will be posting a bad review, he said he doesn’t care if we have lakhs of followers and literally said do whatever you want, “I don’t care”. Extremely disrespectful management. I normally don’t post reviews but this guy is just asking for it. I would avoid going here at all costs.
