I'm thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at Air Live. It's disheartening to see a place decline so significantly. Here's a breakdown of my experience:Service: 1/5 - The service was appalling. We were forced to pay for a bottle we didn't even open. This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable.Ambiance: 1.5/5 - The ambiance is far from impressive. Compared to other upscale venues, Air Live falls short, lacking a good view and comfortable open spaces, especially for those who smoke. The fact that people were smoking right next to us made the experience suffocating and unpleasant.Food: 3/5 - I'm being generous with a 3-star rating here. We ordered pizza, peri peri fries, and chicken majestic. While some items were passable, the peri peri fries were a major letdown. They were essentially chili fries, not peri peri fries.Washrooms: 1/5 - The women's washrooms were disgustingly dirty. There was water dripping from the AC in one area, and the toilets were unusable.Music 5/5: The music was the only redeeming quality, but honestly, I didn't pay just to listen to music.Overall, my experience at Air Live was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. There are far better options available.
