Order good chicken, it's quite delicious. It's worth visiting this cafe for perfectly cooked cupcakes. Great bubble tea, coffee or milkshakes will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.

Lubaca Cafe has an inviting location right by a busy main highway, with a charming Mediterranean bistro ambiance for both alfresco and indoor dining. The menu features appealing items like Seafood Bisque, Eggs Benedict, Nicoise Salad, Spaghetti Carbonara, and Bubble Teas, making it look attractive at first glance. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations. While the prices suggest quality, serving a Tuna sandwich on regular loaf bread felt disappointing, and the staff often seemed confused about menu items and modifications. A simple request for an egg addition to a salad was met with skepticism, and it made sense when I received the eggs after I was almost through with the salad. While the plating was professional, the food quality and service did not match. After four visits, I consistently experienced stomach issues in the evening. Ultimately, it appears to be another "Instagrammable cafe" for Gen Z, focusing more on looks than food quality. I appreciate the clarification regarding the tuna sandwich. However, as mentioned in my review, I believe it would be worthwhile to review the quality of the bread, as it tasted more like regular supermarket slices rather than something made in-house. Additionally, I want to clarify that each time I visited, I experienced some stomach sensitivity in the evening afterward. I was hoping that giving another chance would yield a better experience, which is why I waited until the fourth visit to bring it to your attention through my review. I hope my concerns are understood as genuine, rather than perceived as faked, as that was not my intention. Thank you for your commitment to customer feedback. You mentioned about the tuna sandwich, fyi we use only sandwich bread made exclusively in house for our tuna sandwiches. It is one of our very popular item on the menu and your criticism is first of its kind. But we acknowledge the fact that taste and enjoyment is very personal and differs person to person. We find it quite surprising that you didn’t disclose to us that you had stomach issues the four times you’ve had our food. I recently visited Lubaca Cafe in Alappuzha and had a fantastic experience! The cold coffee was extremely good—rich and refreshing. I also tried the sorted mushroom fries from the starters, which were really tasty. To top it off, we enjoyed a vanilla cupcake shake and a cinnamon roll, both of which were delightful. The cozy ambiance and friendly service made it a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for great food and a lovely atmosphere!
