One of the worst food outlets I’ve ever dealt with terrible food, terrible hygiene standards, and even worse people. The food quality is absolute trash. Oily, stale-tasting, poorly cooked, and clearly not fresh. The fried rice felt reheated multiple times, the gravy tasted artificial, and the overall smell itself was off. This is not how freshly cooked food should taste or feel. On top of that, basic hygiene seems non-existent. Packaging was careless, food was leaking, and everything felt rushed and careless, like they just wanted to push out discounted orders without any concern for quality or safety. Customer service is a joke. Staff have zero idea about what’s going on, act clueless on calls, and pass responsibility around. The manager is rude, arrogant, and speaks to customers with zero respect as if customers are doing them a favor by ordering. What’s worse is the dishonesty. They give polite replies publicly, but when contacted directly, they completely deny everything and hide behind excuses like “system reply” or “AI generated message.” No accountability, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. This place is a perfect example of how not to run a food business. Low standards, bad attitude, and complete disregard for customers. Discounts are used to trap people into eating low-quality food. For transparency, our outlet has a 4 rating awarded by FSSAI after inspection and operates a licensed, hygienic kitchen. The chicken biryani had no proper flavor and was not cooked well. The chicken were unevenly cooked I am adding the photo of chicken you see the blood and flesh like uncooked , and the gravy was tasteless and poorly prepared. Even the kesari was not good. On top of that, the salt level was not properly balanced. Overall, the food quality was below average and not worth the price. DO NOT COME THIS RESTAURANT,VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN I ORDER CHICKEN BIRYANI THROUGH ONLINE, PLEASE GO ANOTHER RESTURENT.im not giving even one star because they do not deserve that.
