I recently ordered Chicken 65 Biryani through Zomato, with an estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. However, the order took over an hour to arrive. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was disappointed with the poor attitude and service from the person attending the call. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1

We are really sorry ma'am, Since yesterday was Bakrid, the noon time was peak- rush hours and the biriyani got over ,so we had to reprepare it several times.We are also facing 'shortage of staffs' so everything was delayed.We are extremely sorry for the behavior from our side. Thankyou maam
