Worst bakery .only pastries are good other items which includes bread is too poor ,bead quality is too hard. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400

I come here often to munch. Tried Dryfruit tart for the first time here. It was fine , tasted like dryfruits laddu. Samosas are fine, but you get ketchup with it and not chutney Bread quality is good here. Chicken pie: I didn't like the taste. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

I had horrible experience at Aroma, loyal world, kuvempunaga, Mysore. I had given order for 5 Bento cakes, clearing stating my customization requirement. None of my requirement was fulfilled. The people present at the shop, don't know anything about the cakes or the previous orders. The person who takes the order is different and the cakes are made at different locations. I had given 2 days to prepare my order and they failed to fulfill it. I am very unhappy from Aroma. When I went to takes my cakes, the people delivering, don't have idea about anything. I asked them to call their manager and the person who took the order, but their phone appeared switched off. So they told whatever price they want. Their service was too bad. I don't recommend Aroma for customized cakes and taste also isn't good. It's my sincere request to Aroma management that, please keep people who have knowledge about cakes and orders.
