Dear Gaurav,We are deeply concerned and incredibly sorry to read your review. This is absolutely unacceptable and a severe violation of the high standards we hold for food safety and hygiene. We are glad to confirm that our manager spoke with you directly in the restaurant and immediately addressed and resolved this matter during your visit.Despite the in-person resolution, we want to assure that we have still launched a full investigation, stopped service to conduct a deep-clean, and are taking drastic measures to prevent this from ever happening again, we hope to serve you better next time!
