Room is good and spacious. But basic facility like hot wat water was not there in down stairs. Had to struggle for hot water during my stay. Service is horrible. They dont care for their customers. Even the bill generation took 20 mins even after informing on previous day. Service: 1

Lovedons Grand is a decent option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic amenities, which ensures a pleasant stay. However, the hotel lacks some attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture in my room felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. The staff, though courteous and polite, seemed somewhat slow in responding to requests. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is convenient, and it’s well-connected to nearby attractions. The food served in the hotel’s restaurant was good, though a bit overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, it’s a three-star experience for me, as I believe there is room for improvement, especially in the areas of service and cleanliness. Service: 4
