The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The spectacular service shows a high level of quality at Lovedons Grand. The furniture in my room felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. The staff, though courteous and polite, seemed somewhat slow in responding to requests. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is convenient, and it’s well-connected to nearby attractions. The food served in the hotel’s restaurant was good, though a bit overpriced for the quality offered.
