I had a disappointing experience at Palaram. The hospitality and service were good, but the food quality was below expectations. I ordered chicken noodles, and they had a strange sweetness to them, almost like sugar crystals in the dish. I reported this issue, and they took the noodles back, but instead of making a fresh preparation, they just modified and returned the same noodles. The sweetness was slightly reduced but still present. I also tried the fried rice, which again had an unusual sweet taste. For the price they charge, the quantity is very less, and considering the quality, it doesn’t feel worth it. Tried the Thegapal Pathiri and it was really good, loved the beef roast too. The chicken was a bit hard though. Parking was a little tricky, but the place has a nice variety of food and is good to go with friends or family.
