We dropped by Lost In Burg on a whim because we were curious about their raw oyster options and we’re so glad we did! We tried the Naked Oysters and the Seven Wonders and both were amazing. The oysters were fresh and presented beautifully, they chose toppings that complemented the natural flavor. I especially was a fan of the green apple cause the acidity and crunch helps cut through that seafood flavour some people (like me) might not be a fan of. Their Brazilian lemonade was easily an 11/10 and the Tender Coconut Matcha was also very refreshing. What we loved the most was definitely the ambience and the people. The space isn't huge but feels cozy and has a great aesthetic to it. The staff were genuinely one of the highlights, they were polite, warm and fun to talk to, they had great recommendations. Just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their food (especially looking forward to the burgers and the steaks)!
