I wanted the food to be sent hot. It was ice cold. I wanted cutlery and paper plates but i got nothing. No ketchup even. Very bad cold food.

We ordered late night around 10:30 tiramisu. The same tested stale with the cake layer v V dry and tasteless. Generally there has to be a base that's dipped into a coffee syrup or something to give it. Moist texture. U loved la opera but suddenly the quality is not the same
