Visited with a group of 10 and left disappointed. • Poolside seating had very dim lighting and barely audible music. • Food quality was poor. Some of us had stomach issues the next day. Pink Pasta and Spring Rolls were especially disappointing. • DJ stopped around 11:30 PM, which completely killed the vibe. • Service charge was added by default. Considering the ratings and hype, the experience didn't live up to expectations. Definitely not worth a repeat visit. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

My experience at Lighthouse was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff. I had a booking for Cafe Light at Lighthouse. Upon arrival, we checked in at the reception located in front of the café, only to be directed to a different restaurant on the 9th floor. The receptionist repeatedly stated that we hve tell them that we have "Lighthouse booking." As first-time visitors, there was no clear way for us to know that Cafe Light by Lighthouse and Lighthouse Restaurant are separate entities. She even didn't check the booking noted down our phone number Instead of acknowledging the confusion and helping resolve it, several staff members behaved rudely and insisted that the misunderstanding was entirely our fault because we mentioned "Lighthouse." Their communication was dismissive, confrontational, and lacked basic customer courtesy. I visited with my family, and what should have been an enjoyable outing was completely spoiled by the staff's attitude. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but the way customers are treated during such situations reflects the true quality of a business. Based solely on the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior we experienced, I would not recommend this place.
