More Rajasthani Than North Indian Anushthan offers a decent dining experience with good service and a traditional, spiritual ambiance. However, there are a few drawbacks that make it less appealing for those expecting authentic North Indian flavors. Service & Ambiance The service was prompt and courteous, which was a plus. The ambiance is OK—designed to reflect spiritual and traditional aesthetics, but nothing extraordinary. Parking Parking is a bit of an issue as they have makeshift arrangements rather than a proper designated space, which can be inconvenient. Food Experience We ordered North Indian dishes, including a Vegetarian Tandoori Platter and their popular Chole Bhature. While the presentation was good, the flavors didn’t match what you’d expect from North Indian cuisine. Instead, all the dishes had strong Rajasthani influences, which felt a bit odd given the menu. If you’re looking for the rich, robust flavors of Delhi or Punjab-style North Indian food, this place might not satisfy your cravings. Pricing The prices are on the higher side, and given the overall experience, they don’t quite justify the cost. Overall Verdict If you enjoy Rajasthani flavors, this might work for you, but if you’re expecting authentic North Indian food, you might be disappointed.
