They should not take table bookings on Zomato if they are not going to honour it. Staff only at the Library bar is unlike a 5 star hotel let alone a Leela property. The place sadly in the last 2 years has become a cheap bar with rude staff and bad service completely opposite of how they started the place. This can also be seen from the low ratings on Zomato by customers in the last 2 years.

A really cool and modern bar. The cocktails are innovative and the ambiance is just amazing. The perfect place to go before or after dinner. We went their late night on a weekend, and the place was buzzing. However, taking advantage of the late hours, the server overcharged each and every person while tapping the cards. Unfortunately we realised it very late, when one of our friends pointed out. The server made emmends for that particular order. However, we easily paid 3 times the amount, on every card swipe prior to that. You dont expect this type of cheating in a place like Leela. I seriously feel that this should be taken up, and the staff should be fired.
